The Reports page is opened by clicking the Reports link on the Administrative Functions' Links Bar. Only Administrators are allowed to print reports. A number of reports are available. To become familiar with the report options, you are encouraged to print samples of each report.
Printing a report is a three-step process. The first step is to select the report and then click the Next button.
The second step is to select the report options and then click the Next button.
Note: For most reports, the PDF format will be preferred. If you want to export data for use in other applications, then the XLS format might be more useful.
The final step is click the link and open the report. To view PDF reports, you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you don't have a copy of the reader, you can download one free from Adobe. Unless you have defined a handler for XLS files, your browser will ask you how you want to handle the file. Select the Save to Disk option. After the file is downloaded, you can open it using MS Excel.
Click the New Report button to create another report.
