The comments field is displayed on many reports so this field can be used to display custom messages, e.g., Email contact only, unpaid, or Award.
The Activity section is used to keep a record of key events. For example, when the person joined or renewed their membership. To add an activity, edit the blank field as the top of the list and then click the Add link. To edit an existing Activity, make changes as desired and then click the Save link. Click the Delete link to delete an Activity. Saved Activities are displayed in reverse chronological order.
