Completing the Login form and entering iClubMembers indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement then DO NOT complete the Login form.

The hosted version of iClubMembers is a subscription service provided by Total Quality Engineering Inc. (TQE) to clubs and other member based organizations. The maximum number of Club Members is defined by the organization's subscription agreement. TQE's primary contact with the organization is with the individual listed as the Administrator. As long as the subscription is in effect, TQE agrees to provide the club with access to iClubMembers for the purpose of developing and maintaining the club's membership database. This license is not transferable. Only Club Members are allowed to use iClubMembers. Allowing unauthorized people to use a Club Member's login information to gain access to iClubMembers is a violation of the license agreement and may result in termination of the club's subscription.

Because the membership database contains sensitive information and is hosted on TQE's server, this license agreement also acts as a non-disclosure agreement between you (an organization or individual) and TQE. TQE agrees that any information gained by providing and supporting your use of iClubMembers will remain confidential to TQE. It will not be shared with anyone else. TQE agrees to protect your membership database by providing a secure server environment that encrypts data transmissions and restricts access to your plan. The Club Name, Member Name, and Password are used to restrict access. You should protect this information and change passwords periodically.

iClubMembers is copyrighted software owned by Total Quality Engineering Inc. and is protected by United States copyright law and international treaty provisions. You must treat the software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or recording). You are not allowed to make unauthorized copies of the software or displayed web pages.

TQE warrants that iClubMembers will perform substantially in accordance with its accompanying documentation. If you are dissatisfied with iClubMembers for any reason, you may cancel your subscription within thirty days and receive a full refund. TQE is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. The software is provided in "as is" condition without any additional warranty, either expressed or implied as to its performance or fitness for a particular use.
